All mail is checked daily. Please expect an acknowledgment that we received your correspondence within 5-7 business days. If a particular matter cannot be routinely handled, it will be put on the agenda of the next monthly meeting. The foundation generally meets at least once a month, unless specific matters dictate otherwise.

At this time, applications for mini-grants or scholarships can be received by printing the necessary forms from this website, completing them fully and sending them to the address above. In the future we may be able to take submissions directly from the website; however we cannot do this at this time. Applications for grants or scholarships must be completed in full to be accepted for review. Any applications not filled out completely will be returned thereby causing delays in approval. The specific criteria and process for approval of grants and scholarships are listed in those sections of this web site.
