Please leave your name; question, comment or concern; and your return number. Your call will be returned in 1-2 business days. If you wish to speak with a specific board member, please leave that request at the number listed above. We welcome your call and will gladly contact you. Box 232 Hilton, NY 14468 Mail is checked daily. Please expect an acknowledgment that we received your correspondence within 5-7 business days. If a particular matter cannot be routinely handled, it will be put on the agenda of the next monthly meeting. The foundation generally meets at least once a month, and more often if specific matters dictate so. Submitting (Grant Proposals, Scholarship Applications, etc.) At this time, applications for mini-grants or scholarships are only accepted in paper format. Please print the necessary forms from this website, complete them fully and submit them through postal mail at the address above. Please expect an acknowledgment that we received your submission within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive a reply, please call the number listed above and leave a message of inquiry. Applications for grants or scholarships must be completed in full to be accepted for review. Any applications not filled out completely will be returned and cause delays in processing, or missing submission deadlines. The specific criteria and process for approval of grants and scholarships are listed in those sections of this web site.
